This is the 3rd week since I started building the Graf Spee Let's have it finished today! First will be repainting the Main Battery with water proof canvas  And then adding detail parts The catapult fighter of Graf Spee Tried my best on the camouflage I am not sure if the decals are too old, the effect are not quiet good on them Decal of flag are actually provided but they are not sticky anymore as they are too old and they have no Nazi symbol so I decided to print my own flag and make the stand black  It has finally come to an end! Review: The Revell Graf Spee is quiet a old kit, there are quiet a number of problem when assembling But I tried my best to finish it The out look is very nice, except that I mentions about the lack of details on the torpedo tubes before the parts are divided nicely which its convenient to paint I have done quiet a lot of new try on the Graf Spee first is the DIT water proof canva...

Lets begin the painting of Admiral Graf Spee today First will be painting for bottom of the ship and propeller 

Continue on the Graf Spee which haven't finish last time the propeller part requires painting and cement, thus I will skip it first The first thing completed is the bridge A part of the chimney you may see searchlights and AA guns there The whole chimney Front part of superstructure One of the 105mm twin turret secondary battery First Problem occure on the Graf Spee Part number 55 was found broken when I cut it out Since I am not able to locate the lost piece, I'll just cement it Part of the superstructure looks like a space ship from far away Front part of the superstructure Rear part of the superstructure 533mm Quadruple Torpedo Tube Its made by only one piece Which looks a bit lack of details  The whole ship of Admiral Graf Spee So this will be the end of the test build! Although there are some small parts like supply, aircraft... etc Most of then would become a mess to build with out painting So, starting from tomo...

Got a bit free time today, lets begin with the unboxed Graf Spee The hull is divided in to 2 parts from the waterline Which need to be cut At first I was wanted to cement them But though about it and realize it will be a mess when it comes to the painting part so I would go for a test build first when we take a closer look we would see the hull still need some more work on it And then the 283mm Main Battery of Graf Spee as there are no waterproof canvas part for the model, I am thinking if I can add it myself with putty There will not be any problem cause even if I cement the superstructure The 8 150mm secondary battery I have not much time left today, I have to get ready and put the Graf Spee somewhere So, lets build the stand first Here is the progress of Graf Spee today I should build it again when I have more free time Hope I can finish the test build next time!

Recently, the model shop I used to buy seuff from announced it will be closing in 2 weeks so I am going there again like for the last time and I brought this kit there
